BLP Property Management are based in Spennymoor in the North East of England. We are a local property management specialist succesfully managing a portfolio of over 100 local properties.

BLP offers a full turnkey service to buy to let landlords including finding a suitable property, arranging finance and refurbishment, finding a suitable tenant and managing the property.

Our clients enjoy a personal service from our dedicated team of staff and we pride ourselves in being big enough to cope but small enough to care.

BLP Property Management offers a first class residential property management service to property owners throughout the North East. By virtue of the close contacts we have built with the companies and employers operating in the region, we are able to readily let our clients properties at excellent rates.

If after looking at all the services that we offer, you like what you have read, and the highly professional service offered by BLP Property Management fulfils your needs, we will be only too happy to arrange a free rental valuation of your property with no obligation. This will be carried out by a senior member of our staff who can then answer any further questions you may have.
The valuation will be confirmed in writing. If you then wish to appoint BLP Property Management as your managing agent, simply complete and return the Property Management Agreement form, which will accompany our valuation letter. As soon as we have been appointed as your agent, details of your property will be placed on our property list which is updated daily. Your property will then be actively marketed.
