BLP Property Management was established in 2002 by Tony Langdale. Since that date Tony has made it his personal goal to expand the company from its base in Spennymoor High Street.

When first starting out BLP managed 35 properties in Spennymoor on behalf of local landlords. This was a fresh challenge for both the company and Tony as it was a new venture and something that Tony had relatively little experience in.

Over time though, the company has grown at a steady rate to a level where BLP now manage over 250 properties throughout the County Durham area for landlords nationwide.
