1) Check what’s best for you: Browse through our website and make sure BLP’s quick sale option is best for you. We are also happy for you to contact us should you have any questions or queries that you are unsure of prior to you even requesting a ‘free no obligation’ offer for your property.

2) Contact us: If you have decided that you would like to sell your house quickly you should contact us either online at this site or telephone us on 01388 810500 where we will then arrange for one of our property consultants to speak with you for an informal chat about how we can help you.

3) Finding you a solution: We will use our local knowledge of the property market to obtain a ‘trade value’ for your property and then discuss how we can best help your needs. We are also more than happy to visit you in the comfort of your own home, where we will be able to provide you with a definite offer and answer any questions you may have.

4) Agreement: Once we have visited you in your property and provided you with our offer you are under to obligation to accept. However our offer is only valid for 28 days, but we are often more than happy to proceed after the date has passed (although we may have to review our offer). We would like to point out again that you are still under no obligation to proceed at this stage.

5) The sale: Once you have decided to sell to us, we will arrange and handle all of the paper work. If you require we are also able to recommend local solicitors to act on your behalf and we always look for a solution that is best for both you and us.
