Unlike some companies in the sell and rent back sector we don’t appoint separate letting / managing agents once the sale has completed. We retain and manage our own properties after completion meaning you can be safe in the knowledge that once the sale has completed you wont be passed onto another ‘strange face’ who will then manage your tenancy. This allows you to build up a strong relationship with one of BLP’s friendly staff members during and after the sale process

Your New Tenancy Agreement

By law you must be issued with a tenancy agreement if you decide to rent the property back after the sale has completed.
